Deposit Requirement: A 50% deposit is required within 24 hours of booking to secure your reservation.
Note: For bookings during Lunar New Year or Summer Vacation, full payment (100%) is required in advance.

Children: Children under 5 years old stay free of charge (accommodation only; breakfast is not included).
Extra Guests: For rooms that allow extra beds/guests, an additional cleaning fee of NT$ 500 applies per extra person.

Check-in Regulations
Registration: Upon check-in, please designate one representative to present a valid ID (Passport for international guests) for registration and to settle the remaining balance.

Check-out: Before 11:00
General House Rules
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor spaces. Please use the balconies or outdoor terraces if you wish to smoke.
Quiet Hours: To respect our neighbors and other guests, please lower your volume after 10:00 PM. Activities such as karaoke (singing) or outdoor cooking must conclude by 21:30.
Valuables: Please keep your personal valuables with you at all times. The B&B is not responsible for any loss or theft.
Damages: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or furnishings and will be required to pay full compensation.
Public Terrace & Fridge: The Ocean View Terrace is a shared area for relaxation and tea. A refrigerator is available at the Management Center for guest use (e.g., for storing birthday cakes or food ingredients).
BBQ & Event Fee: If you plan to use the terrace for BBQ, outdoor cooking, or special events, please inform us at the time of booking. A venue rental and cleaning fee of NT$ 1,000 will apply.
Holiday Definition: Fridays and Saturdays are classified as "Holidays/Weekends" for pricing purposes.
Eco-Friendly Policy (Toiletries):
In compliance with government policies, we do not provide disposable toiletries (such as toothbrushes and razors).
We DO provide: Shampoo, body wash, and towels.
Purchase Service: If you forget to bring your own toothbrush, razor, or prefer disposable bath towels, these are available for purchase at the Management Center.
